Portable toilets, septic and liquid waste, and water flush systems. Family owned since 1959 and now run by the third generation, with 15 people on the crew. You call, you get an owner's answer, and a truck gets scheduled.
What We Haul, Clean & Service
From portable restrooms and septic pumping to grease traps, water flush systems, job sites and events — our own crews, trucks and equipment handle the work from start to finish.
Call them porta potties, port-o-lets or latrines. Standard units, ADA accessible units and handwash stations, delivered clean and serviced weekly.

Albert's grandmother started this company in January of 1959, built the first units by hand in a wood shop, and hauled them as far as the Indianapolis 500. We moved to the yard we sit on today in 1962 and never left. The templates she cut are still hanging on the shop wall.
Third generation runs it now. Albert is an owner-operator, which means the person who answers your call also drives the truck, fixes the equipment and signs the checks. We do not undercut other people's jobs and we do not buy business with dinners. You use us because the service is right.
Values
Reliable service, direct communication, and work done right. These are the standards behind every job we take on.
We believe good service should be straightforward. Answer the phone, arrive when promised, handle the job safely, and treat the customer with respect.
Consistent service, dependable scheduling, and crews that show up ready to work.
Industry standards, responsible waste handling, maintained equipment, and respectful service on every property.
Decades of sanitation experience across septic, grease, portable restrooms, job sites, events, and more.
Clear communication, direct answers, and the same attention to detail whether the job is large or small.
Service Area
We run daily out of Delaware and cross into Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. If you are near a line and not sure, call and ask. We will tell you straight.

Sizing Guide
Give us your crew size, guest count, event hours, and whether alcohol will be served. These are the guidelines we use to get you started, and we will confirm the final number before you book.
Construction Sites
Plan on one portable toilet for every 10 people on the site, with weekly service as the standard.
Events Without Alcohol
A good starting point for shorter events without alcohol. Longer events may need additional units.
Events With Alcohol
Alcohol increases restroom use, so plan on twice the restroom capacity of a similar event without alcohol. Based on events up to 5 hours.
ADA Accessibility
Include an accessible unit with your restroom setup. Requirements can vary by location and event type.
Handwash Stations
Plan on one handwash station for every five portable toilets. Food and beverage service may require additional stations.
Not Sure?
Call with the number of people, event hours, and whether alcohol is being served. We can recommend the setup in a few minutes.
From Our Google Reviews
Called at night with a backed up tank and had a truck out the next morning. Driver explained exactly what he found before he touched anything.
We keep four units on a job site and they get serviced every week without me chasing anybody. That alone is worth it.
Grease trap was pumped, paperwork was in my hand the same day, and the kitchen was back open in under an hour.
Questions We Get Every Week
We run daily routes across Delaware and cross into Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. If your address is close to a state line, call (302) 328-4797 and we will confirm before you book anything.
Every 2 to 3 years depending on the number of occupants, and annually if you have a garbage disposal. If you are seeing slow drains or standing water over the field, do not wait for the calendar.
Yes. Backups do not keep business hours, so neither does the phone. Call any of our three lines and you will reach a person.
It is. You get a price before we start, and that price holds unless the scope changes on site, in which case we stop and tell you first.
Because a real price depends on where you are, how long you need it and how often it gets serviced. Call and you will get a firm quote in a few minutes, and quantity discounts may apply on larger orders.
Not as fixed packages. Most jobs are one service, priced on its own. Where you are ordering in volume, quantity discounts may apply, so tell us the full scope when you call.
It is our own setup for trailers and campers that have no running water or sewer. We supply a fresh water tank and a waste water tank and service both on a schedule, so the bathroom works exactly like a hooked-up one. All the site needs is power.
Yes. (302) 328-4797 takes calls, texts and WhatsApp messages. Send the address and a photo if you have one. That usually saves a phone call.
