What areas do you cover?
We run daily routes across Delaware and cross into Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. If your address is close to a state line, call (302) 328-4797 and we will confirm before you book anything.
How often should a septic tank be pumped?
Every 2 to 3 years depending on the number of occupants, and annually if you have a garbage disposal. If you are seeing slow drains or standing water over the field, do not wait for the calendar.
Do you really answer after hours?
Yes. Backups do not keep business hours, so neither does the phone. Call any of our three lines and you will reach a person.
Is the estimate really free?
It is. You get a price before we start, and that price holds unless the scope changes on site, in which case we stop and tell you first.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because a real price depends on where you are, how long you need it and how often it gets serviced. Call and you will get a firm quote in a few minutes, and quantity discounts may apply on larger orders.
Do you offer packages or bundles?
Not as fixed packages. Most jobs are one service, priced on its own. Where you are ordering in volume, quantity discounts may apply, so tell us the full scope when you call.
What is a water flush system?
It is our own setup for trailers and campers that have no running water or sewer. We supply a fresh water tank and a waste water tank and service both on a schedule, so the bathroom works exactly like a hooked-up one. All the site needs is power.
Can I text or message instead of calling?
